Payment:
All Course fees are payable, 10 working days IN ADVANCE of the first course date – invoices will be to this effect.
NO CREDIT FACILITIES ARE OFFERED AT ANY TIME UNLESS BY PRIOR AGREEMENT IN WRITING FROM Cluster Learning Ltd.
Failure to receive payment before the first course date, could result in the candidate being refused entry to the course
Purchase Orders:
Official purchases orders must be quoted on all completed booking form and accompany the form to avoid any query regarding the validity of the booking.
Purchased Orders need to be addressed to Cluster Learning Ltd.
Location:
All courses take places at our Training Centre in Cirencester, Gloucestershire unless otherwise stated.
Rescheduling:
Bookings transferred by customers within eleven to twenty working days of the commencement of the date of the training course will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Bookings transferred by customers within zero to ten working days of the commencement date of the course will incur a 100% transfer fee. In the event that a customer cancels a course for which a transfer has taken place, this will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Cancellations:
Cancellations by Customers made twenty-one working days before the course is due to begin, will not incur cancellation charges. Cancellations by customer within zero to ten working days of the commencement of the date of the training course will incur a 100% cancellation fee and within eleven to twenty working days of the commencement of the date of the training course will incur a 50% cancellation fee. All cancellations need to be confirmed in writing to Cluster Learning Ltd.
